Attn Agents: Free Branded MLS IDX

(users of FranklYMLS, send your buyer agent a link to this post)

Buyer agents from any company can now sign up for a FREE BRANDED IDX. Yep! No more need to pay $29.99 a month or $475 a year etc etc. You get your name and photo on every page. And we make you a shortcut URL like FranklyMLS.com/YourName or FranklyMLS.com/YourTown

Then all you need to do is link from your website to your free IDX, or add it to your business cards, or email signature files. Your customers will see your information on every search page, every home, AND every Free email alert.

You even get notified when they sign up for email alerts or ask a buyer agent question.

Why would be so nice? Well we aren't being nice. We want you to get addicted to the FranklyMLS.com and start contributing to the WIKI. Adding buyer agent photo albums to share with other agents and other consumers. Some agents have closed as many as 6 homes sales from FranklyMLS.com just by participating, all with no referral fee.

Below is an example of Jeff's branded MLS. I didn't link to it since you would then get his cookie and get his info on every page that you visit.

How do you get one? Email Frank: feedback @ FranklyRealty (dot) NET

Frank, Great Site... This type of information sharing should eventually reduce the cost of a real estate transaction and move the entire business model to another evolution. I would like to see both the Buyers and sellers agents names when in the Mode: Picture and Details. Would also be helpful if the same information was included in the spreadsheet option as well. And, if possible the commission rate and split percentage. This would aid in assessing the "going rate" for a particular portion of the market. It would also aid in determining how aggressive an agent is, unless of course it's a team like Greig Northrup, which lists thousands of transactions under the team leader, which is Creig Northrup.

Working on the Buyer Agent name in the spreadsheet mode for SOLD properties.

As for commission, the Listing side is a private negotiated amount that only the broker and agent and seller know. The Buyer agent commission is not allowed to be distributed, but it is available to Realtors on the back end.
