wow that is awesome! where are these listings coming from? the technical details would be nice in the blog post. craigslist i'm guessing? maybe fsbo.com?
I noticed that at least one listing is marked as inactive on fsbo. It may be worth looking into extracting that piece of data from their site and adding it to the profiles on franklymls.com. Ex: http://franklymls.com/21517776
Wow Frank. I always thought you were an innovator but this is amazing. I don't think that there is another search site that has compiled FSBO data as well as all of the listings in the MLS, unless it's zillow or trulia which you have to post your listing to in order for it to show up on there site. As always great job!

ReplyDeleteIt is from ForSaleByOwner.com which is a company and a website name all in one.
ReplyDeleteCraigslist doesn't allow you to pull their data.
