Ok this data and charts on the fly from Altos Research is HOT. I have just started to incorporate a chart with the zip code trends into FranklyMLS.

There are 100 variables to choose from. I chose to make the timeline "4 or 5 years" I could make it more like 6 months, but I figure people prefer the big picture and not the exact trend.
Also I added a link next to the DOM which will send you over to Altos to look at the Days on the Market trend for that zip code. Again, I could incorporate this. Maybe in a rollover?
Do you like it? What about moving the charts to the spreadsheet results page?
