Recent Price Drop Symbol ↓
Created after popular demand, if you see a ↓ symbol next to the price of a home in spreadsheet mode, that means the price has dropped within the last 7 days.
If you all want, I might be able to let you sort this way. Maybe next to the DOMP so you can see new listings and newly dropped in the same sort.

Thanks for this new feature Frank. If you could allow us to sort just on newly dropped prices--regardless of time on the market, that would be helpful.
