SOLD ALERTS!!

Finally!
We have Sold alerts. If you have saved a favorite home and it goes under contract... we will email you the day that it is recorded as closed on the MLS. We will even show you the seller subsidy price.

Also if you save a search such as : Arlington Bank, it will email you all homes that sell in that search criteria.

    Thanks Frank! I personally really like this feature. This helps buyers really get a feel for the market and where it's heading.

    How are sold update alerts that we can get by email related to or different from off market update emails?

    A huge difference. The Sold alerts TELL YOU THE CLOSE PRICE. And it does so months before the tax records.

    The off market alerts just tell you that it was either withdrawn or about to go to closing in a couple weeks.
