Anyhow, Frank, the creator of FranklyMLS.com won the 2009 Innovator of the Year award to a crowd of 1500 people two days ago at Inman Connect in San Fran.
Kinda cool that they noticed our little ole MLS site here on the east coast. Thanks Inman. And thank you if you are one of the many that have sent in suggestions for making the site better.

You deserve it! There are so many ways to search and sort, I always find what I searched for. And the way the pictures magnify when you mouse over them, I get to see more detail than anywhere else. Thanks Frank for the MLS tool!!
